This Commercial Module develops key areas in which a salesperson engaging in brokerage and/or management of commercial properties would be expected to be proficient. When taken along with the 7-hour General Module, this 7-hour course meets the 14-hour continuing education requirement for a salesperson taking continuing education for the first time.
